Nirav Tolia is the CEO, President, Chairperson of the Board of Directors and Co-Founder of Nextdoor. Prior to Nextdoor, Nirav was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Benchmark Capital, Chief Operating Officer of Shopping.com, and Co-Founder and CEO of Epinions.com. Nirav also serves as Non-Executive Chair of Hedosophia and is a co-founding director of the William S. Spears Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership in SMU’s Cox School of Business.

Ms. Mayer also serves on the boards of Walmart and AT&T.

Robert Hohman

Mr. Hohman founded Glassdoor, Inc. in 2007 and has served as its Chairman since January 2020. Prior to his service as Chairman, Mr. Hohman was Glassdoor’s CEO. Mr. Hohman also currently serves as an advisor to Riot Games, Inc., and previously served on the audit committee and the board of directors of OpenTable, Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Prior to founding Glassdoor in 2007, Mr. Hohman served in management roles at Hotwire, Inc. and Expedia Group, Inc.
