Nextdoor Foundation

The Nextdoor Foundation partnered with Dallas-based Neighbor’s Table to gift 10 trusted, hyper-local Dallas organizations with a handcrafted farmhouse-style Neighbor’s Table to anchor shared meals, community conversations, and meaningful connection. 

Nextdoor Foundation awarded grants of up to $5,000 to 50 local nonprofit Neighborhood Hero organizations throughout the United States to help them start the new year off strong. These grantees do important, consistent work to make a tangible difference in their communities everyday, and we were honored to support their work.

The Nextdoor Foundation proudly supports The Longest Table, a community-building initiative designed to turn strangers into neighbors. By gathering neighbors for a shared meal at a single, extensive table, the event sparks open conversation and forges genuine connections.

The Nextdoor Foundation awarded $1,500 grants to 100 volunteer fire departments across the U.S. in our continued effort to support first responders and communities across the nation and provide much-needed resources and assistance to these vital services. 

The Nextdoor Foundation partnered with Grapevine.org on the “Close the Gap” campaign, distributing a total of $125,000 in matching funds to Grapevine Giving Circles throughout the U.S., so they can make an even bigger impact in their communities this year.

The Foundation donated $10,000 to aid those affected by the devastating July 2025 floods in Texas. Through our partnership with Givsly, these funds go directly to trusted local organizations working on the ground – ensuring urgent support reaches the hardest-hit communities as quickly as possible.
